Expedited Shipping - Order by 3PM EST for same-day processing. Delivery in 2 business days.
Priority Shipping- Order by 3PM EST for same-day processing. Delivery in 1 business day.

Please expect an additional processing day for orders placed with standard shipping.

You can track your package via order notifications sent to your email, or the account section on Gaui App.

Kindly note, you may receive more than one shipment notification if item(s) in your order are shipping separately.

Once an order has been shipping and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

For added piece of mind, we offer Package Protection at checkout. We strongly recommend selecting this option to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around your property and contactingg the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
