If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to info@shopgaui.com You can also purchase your return label at your local USPS office

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging

Refunds 

 

After receiving and reviewing your item(s), Gaui will provide a refund to the original form of payment. Please note, this can take 5-10 business days, depending on the bank - to reflect on your end. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
