Horrible customer service

"Highly disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the tube top but instead received a black tank top. I politely emailed and showed proof, when they got back to me they said mail it back and once it’s in transit they will send my correct item (understandable). However, I ordered this tube top for a trip—and because of my busy work schedule I knew I couldn’t make it to the post office within the week. I was positive that the tube top wouldn’t get to my house on time for my trip if I had to wait for the mispick to be in transit, and on top of that wait for shipping. I emailed back, kindly offered to pay for the mispick item (going out of my way to fix a mistake on their end) so they could ship the tube top I ordered sooner. They haven’t got back to me in 5 days and have been hiding my Instagram comment kindly asking them to check their email. Super disappointed, the quality is amazing and I was looking forward to ordering more in the future, but I just cant condone the disrespect of them turning a blind eye to me in this situation."
