"Go on their TikTok account before you purchase because a bunch of people are mad because we got scammed. Their logo is WAY smaller with very bad quality. They no longer have a IG because a bunch of people were mad about their orders and because they can’t keep up with deleting comments"

The top is really cute
"The top is really cute and I was so excited to receive it but he stitching is so bad, The México letters at the front are literally falling apart, I really wanted to love this top but paying over $100 for it and seeing how badly stitched it is, is extremely disappointing."

"I sent an email about 2 weeks ago about the shirt not being as described and I have not got a response back. It’s been more than 24-48 since I sent my first email. Since I isn’t get a response back I send another a week after and now its been a week since and still nothing. Please respond to my emails."

I love this top so
"I love this top so much but mine arrived with a stain and I still have not heard back from the Gaui team after reaching out. I also paid for World Cup shipping and it arrived weeks later."

The tank is cute, but
"The tank is cute, but it took over three weeks to arrive, and in that time I had no communication about order status or shipping info. I emailed them to complain, as I received additional promo emails for other items, but they hadn’t shipped out my first order. And instead of a reply from their customer service, I received a notification saying that my order was on the way, but not even an explanation or rushed shipping"

took forever to get the
"took forever to get the top. Got it after the World Cup ended. I also ordered USA top and despite it saying delivered I never got it. I reached out about it and they said “it says delivered on our end, have a good day” didn’t even help me lol I didn’t even want a refund either just wanted to receive the top."

I loved the material and
"I loved the material and feel of the tank however I ordered my tank on June 5th and I received it on July 2nd. I am unhappy on how long it took to be delivered. I missed an opportunity to wear it for a FIFA event. Make sure you can keep up with high demand with such high prices for your products. Thank you."

"The product itself is super cute. The stitching could be better (wish it was whats advertised) but my tank wasnt as bad as others ive seen. Took super long to ship almost a month. Would i recommend, no. Would i buy here again probably not in fear ill never receive my items."

Slightly disappointed, I’ve been following
"Slightly disappointed, I’ve been following this brand and even have a few pieces from before they were Gaui. I saw this top back in May and immediately fell in love. I waited for the preorder date and immediately gifted it to myself to wear for my World Cup birthday. I waited and waited with no update on shipment. I finally broke down and emailed the company as my shirt was supposed to ship out on June 26 and as of July 1 I had no answer. They responded promptly I will say, and send out the shirt. I received the shirt within a few days but when I opened the package it was slightly disappointing. The tank I received had been altered so the font on the front is smaller, the quality is slightly below average with loose strings everywhere on the stitching. I was really excited for this shirt and for $70 I was hoping for much better quality. I still think the brand is great but the quality on this tank is not."

Horrible quality. Almost like they
"Horrible quality. Almost like they wanted to hurry up or they have way too many orders to keep up but the stitching on the Mexico is so horrible it has frays. Very unfinished work. For the price of the tank I would think it would have better quality"
